Fees are payable in full at the commencement of your appointment.
Cash or credit card accepted
*Travel costs apply if over 40mins travel time (via Google Maps from Woodcroft).
Travel cost between 40-60 mins $30
Travel cost over 60mins $60
Cancellation policy
In the event you need to change or cancel your booking, our cancellation policy is as follows:
if a booking is cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time, there is no charge payable by you.
if a booking is cancelled less than 48 hours (business days) prior to the scheduled time, 50% of the consultation fee is payable at time of cancellation.
If given appropriate notice, we are more than happy to reschedule. We will only reschedule appointments once at no cost to you. If you have rescheduled once already and you cancel the second time, this is considered a cancellation and fees will apply at the time of cancellation.
Reversal of monies paid will incur a 3% administration fee (regardless of reasons for cancellation). Please allow up to 10 days for monies to appear in your account.
Tots & Teddies Parenting Support reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments if required Intake Questionnaires/relevant consents are not completed at least 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment time.
We reserve the right to use our discretion depending on circumstances. If an appointment is cancelled at the last minute, this can be difficult to fill for another client who we may have already turned away.

Tots and Teddies Parenting Support provides services to families and children birth to 3 years of age. Caring for children brings additional responsibilities to ensure our clients are not harmed or at risk of harm. This policy outlines the roles and responsibilities for everyone working & volunteering for Tots and Teddies Parenting Support.
Commitment to the safety of children and families
Tots and Teddies Parenting Support t is committed to the safety and wellbeing of all children and families accessing our services. In our professional conduct, we always consider the impact of our behaviour on children and their families. We recognise the importance of establishing and maintaining a safe, child friendly environment where all children are valued and feel safe. This policy complies with Tots and Teddies obligations under the South Australian Children and Young People (Safety) Act 2017 to create child safe environments.
All Staff and Volunteers

This policy applies to everyone involved in the provision of services by Tots and Teddies Parenting Support: for example, self, staff, employees, contractors, students, volunteers, children and families. It applies to services provided both in person and via telepractice.

We would seek to only disclose information in good faith and where required by any of the above circumstances.

A small administrative fee may be payable for the provision of information.
