This package is to support parents  who feel unsure about introducing solids for the first time, or how to progress in a developmentally appropriate way or just feeding  their little one in general.  Do you want to experiment with baby lead weaning, "traditional" introduction of solids, or a mixture of both? Support is available, no matter what type of feeding you would like to use with your Tot.

To begin, we have a chat on the phone to figure out what you  hope to get out of our time together. I will ask you to fill out a questionnaire to help me understand your concerns and

enable me to offer you the most useful support.

I will come to your home and work with you to choose and implement tools and strategies to help feel confident in feeding your Tot.

You will receive a written pathway to help you remember the strategies you have decided to implement (it's hard to remember things when you are tired!)

You will have ongoing  weekly support via Zoom or phone for a further 4  weeks. 

If you would like further in home support - an hourly rate of $60 will apply.
